As it was a nice weekend, the teddy bears' pals, Oscar and Alfred, decided to go for a walk down a nearby lane to see if there was anything interesting around. They had only taken a few steps when they happened upon some acorns on the ground under an oak tree. Oscar decided that he wanted to take some home so he collected as many as he could in his paws.
Alfred came across some conkers which had fallen from the horse chestnut tree which he stood under. He wanted to take some of them home but his paws were too small to carry many, so Oscar, whose paws were slightly bigger, let Alfred carry the acorns and he carried the conkers.
