Then they went to look at the strawberries which they have been growing for quite a while - long enough that they have had several yummy bowlfuls of strawberries and cream for their teas!

Alfred was allowed to pick a strawberry straight from the plant and test it - he said it was really good!

Oscar checked out the bed the bears have for their peas and beans, and helped to pick the pea pods.

They then all helped to "shuck" the peas (which means opening the pods and picking out all the little peas from inside), although one or two of the peas might have accidentally ended up in certain bears' mouths (mentioning no names, Gerry!)
